How to Clean Granite Ware Products

Our Granite Ware products are dishwasher safe and using the dishwasher will not reduce their lifespan, except for the rack. The temperature limit for Granite Ware products is up to 932°F. Granite Ware is an all-natural material, free of any unhealthy chemicals, PFOA, or PTFE. Its pure porcelain surface is inert, meaning it will not alter the taste, color, or nutritional value of your food.

Granite Ware is made of enamelware, which is a metal-coated porcelain lining that makes it easy to clean, safe to heat, and long-lasting. Please note that our Granite Ware products are not suitable for use on glass cooktops or induction stovetops.

The Canning Kit

This 21.5-quart water bath canning pot with lid provides the durability and heat resistance essential for effective canning. The kit also includes an easy-to-handle jar rack made of rust-proof chromed steel, designed for convenience. The rack can securely hold 7 one-quart jars, 9 pint jars, or 12 half-pint jars, ensuring proper spacing and stability for the jars throughout the canning process.

The Five-Piece Toolset

1. Bubble Remover and Ruler: A flexible, tapered silicone scraper that efficiently releases trapped air along the sides and deep corners of the jars.

2. Jar Lifter: A vital tool for safely handling sterilized jars before the canning process begins and removing warm jars from canning racks at the conclusion of the process.

3. Magnetic Lid Lifter: This magnetic tool effortlessly moves sterilized lids from the canner to the jar, ensuring that lids, once sterilized and ready for use, are never touched by hand.

4. Jar Wrench: Easily tighten or remove lid bands with this tool, suitable for quart, pint, and half-pint lid sizes.

5. Jar Funnel: Specially designed for both standard and wide-mouth canning jars, this funnel allows for easy, mess-free filling. Its clear color provides a better view of food movement.
